Get Ready for Commencement!
Is your student graduating at the end of the semester? It's never too soon to start planning for this important milestone! UMass Lowell has a 2025 Commencement Website with all of the information your student needs to know, including:
- Checking the list of students who are on track to graduate to make sure they are eligible
- Making sure they know how to get their cap and gown(Master's and Doctoral students have a deadline to place an order)
- Ordering tickets for family and friends (graduating students do not need tickets) - tickets are free and can be ordered online after March 20, 2025
2025 Commencement Ceremony Dates
UMass Lowell's 2025 Commencement Ceremonies at the Tsongas Center (300 MLK Way, Lowell) will be held on:
Friday, May 16, 2025 at noon (12 p.m.)
- Doctoral students
- Master's students
Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 9 a.m.
- Undergraduates in the Francis College of Engineering
- Undergraduates in the Kennedy College of Sciences
- Undergraduates in the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences
Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 2 p.m.
- Undergraduates in the College of Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences
- Undergraduates in the Manning School of Business
All three Commencement ceremonies will be livestreamed on Facebook and on the UMass Lowell website.
